Frequently Asked Questions
Symposium Proposals are due March 1st; Panels, Single Papers, and Round Table Proposals are due April 5th. Film submissions are due April 5th via email.
The last day to register online is October 10th. In person attendees may register upon arrival if unable to register online.
Early bird registration is open until October 1st.
Non student- $300
Student- $150
Emeritus- $150
After October 1st, regular registration fees applies
Non student- $310
Student- $160
Emeritus- $160
The portal opens on February 1st
You may select the option to pay by check and send us an email to confirm your registration.
On the website, navigate to “My Profile” under login and register .

Select “Download Receipt” in the blue box
The fee waiver request form opens in August. Please ensure you are receiving conference email announcements for the most accurate deadlines and information on fee waivers.
All attendees can participate in a maximum of two sessions Thursday through Saturday in any role (presenter, organizer, chair, discussant, or some combination of these roles). Symposia are separate and are not included in this limit.
