Proposals will not be reviewed if the registration fee has not been paid. Registration fees and proposals must be in our office on or before April 1, 2012. You will have the opportunity to register for the conference after submitting this form. Please consult our refund policy.

Please do not submit more than one paper proposal. The committee will only examine one proposal from each person.

The Conference Committee will group accepted single paper proposals together by topic to form panels of three or four papers. A chair for the panels will be assigned from among the paper presenters by the Conference Committee. In some cases, a discussant may also be added. Please note: We do not accept requests to be assigned as a panel chairperson.

Audio-Visual Equipment

All rooms will be set up with an LCD projector included in the cost of registration fees. Presenters will be required to bring their own laptops. Please note the hotel equipment is compatible with PC's - if you plan to use a Mac, please bring your own toggle. Presenters may request additional equipment here.
