We welcome university presses and independent publishers to exhibit at the conference and share with our attendees high-quality resources on South Asia. Due to increasing attendance in recent years, the exhibit space will again be downstairs to the Ovations room. In addition, exhibit space hours will be extended (see below). We hope that this will only increase traffic and sales.
Due to the different layout of the Ovations space, we have worked with hotel staff to reconfigure the arrangement of booths and tables. Exhibitors will have the following two options:
While the total number of exhibits is the same, the table area has decreased, so we have reduced our exhibit prices to $450 for 18 ft. of display area and $375 for 12 ft. Individual tables, whether for shared literature or for sales, have been eliminated. We encourage those interested in these services to consider advertising in the conference program book.
No combinations of 4 or 5 tables will be considered. No free-standing displays allowed. Shelving may not exceed 18 inches above tables. Sales space may not be rearranged.
Do not ship sales materials to arrive at the Concourse Hotel before Monday, October 8, 2012. All materials shipped on this date or later will be stored by the Madison Concourse Hotel at no cost. Any materials received before this date may be misplaced. Shipments must be pre-paid by the sender. Ship to the following address:

Sales representatives are expected to make their own accommodations arrangements. See our hotel listing for more information on Conference hotels.
Conference registration is not included with book exhibiting fees. You must register for the Conference if you plan to attend the panels. Exhibit representatives are not required to register for or to be present at the Conference other than to attend to their exhibits.
Representatives are responsible for packing up their exhibit materials after the Conference and payment of return shipment for their exhibit materials. Prepaid packages may be left on the exhibit tables to be shipped. Other items left on-site will be claimed or discarded.
Displays must be set up on October 11, 2012 between 2 pm and 5 pm and taken down on October 14, 2012 between Noon and 2 pm. Sales representatives may not leave early or arrive late, and should plan to have their materials on display throughout the entire Conference.
Deadline for submission of this request form is September 1, 2012. Ensure that your pre-payment is received by the Center for South Asia on or before September 1, 2012. You will be able to submit payment information after you complete this form.
