Refund Policy

REGISTRATION:

- All proposed panelists must register for the conference. In the event that your paper/panel/roundtable is not accepted a full refund will be issued. The conference staff will contact you.

- A full refund will be issued if a participant or panelist cancels his/her participation before October 1, 2008.

- Absolutely no refunds will be issued after October 1, 2008.

MEALS

- Meal orders are non-refundable.
