In order to be published in the 2010 program book, your ad must be submitted by September 1, 2010.

The program book is spiral-bound and 8.5" wide x 11" long.

In order to be printed in our program book, your advertisement must be:

1. Paid for and received by September 1, 2010.
2. Sent to us as e-mail attachment.
3. In greyscale only.
4. The electronic version of your ad must be Windows-compatible. We cannot use, import, or convert Macintosh-formatted files.
5. The electronic file must be sent in one or more of the following formats: (a) GIF or JPEG format; (b) TIFF format file for Windows; (c) Bitmap (BMP); (d) PDF.
6. Files must be at a minimum resolution of 250dpi.
7. Art services are not available. We do not touch-up or resize advertisements.
8. Ads must not exceed:
   7.5 x 10,25" for a full-page purchase. Orientation: Vertical
   7,5" x 5" for a 1/2-page purchase. Orientation: Horizontal
   3.5"x 5" for a 1/4-page purchase. Orientation: Vertical
